Weekly Warm Up No. 58
Today is the last day of the semester at Peabody. You can see that we’ve reached the end in the faces of the students and faculty. The candles have all been burnt at both ends. No one has anything left to give (academically). With that in mind, I’ll keep this post brief.
For our final session of 2021, we’ll be focusing on arpeggios and slurs. Our scale work will pick back up in the new year.
Arpeggios are all three note/six note patterns for this week. Our left hand slurs use two note ascending/descending sequences.
Wishing you all a good end to 2021 and we’ll see you in a few weeks.
