Weekly Warm Up No. 30
This week marks the one year anniversary of the Weekly Warm Up and the return of Spring. I’m glad you’re here with us.
As this project continues to move forward, I’ll be sharing new challenges with arpeggios, slurs, synchronization exercises, and scales. Yes, I did just say scales. Brace yourself, people. We’re going to work on them. It will be fun.
A few notes on our apreggios and slurs:
Arpeggios this week feature these markings
This indicates that you play play these two fingers simulatneously.
Slurs utilize this marking
In these instances, you pluck the first pitch in the right hand & the second pitch in the right hand (where the slur is set to occur).
Quarter note set @ 80 BPM.
Right Hand Arpeggios:
(Based on this A Major Chord Progression )
- Pami (ami on 2)
Left Hand Slurs: (ascending & descending)

Synchronization Drills: Single String
