Classical Guitar Insider
A couple of months ago I met with the guitarist Bret Williams while playing up NYC. He asked me to sit down with him and chat on his podcast Classical Guitar Insider. Bret has created a unique podcast that covers a range of topics in this crazy niche world of the guitar, and the interviews with his guests are interesting. I found it refreshing to hear someone speak with such candor regarding his view on this art form with all of the good and the bad that comes with it.
Our conversation bounces all over the place during the program, and you can hear me prattle on about working, practicing, and my early career in the food service industry as a dishwasher at an Old Country Buffet. Plus, I delve into how working at a Borders Books and Music used to give me migraines while shelving books. Did I mention that Bret is funny? He’s funny.
